You've probably noticed that my blog is using a brand new design, and maybe that it's not powered by Croogo any more. 
Nothing wrong with Croogo, but I've switched from using CakePHP to the Yii Framework, and - as a programmer - I couldn't resist the urge to reinvent the wheels and build my own (simple) blogging software.
After a long period of time - mostly spent being totally knackered due to having moved house - I am now beginning to return to my (non)-real life again! 
That means: I've got some time to tend to my projects.
I actually managed to create two repositories at Github

I am not sure if everything is alright - I think I got the crlf/lf right - but you tell me.
The most important thing is that it works with Cakephp 1.3 RC4 and latest Croogo.
I hope this is useful to others besides me.
I implemented two plugins for Croogo: a Markitup plugin and a syntax highlighting plugin.
They are not finished yet, but in a usable state already - I use both of them to write this post. 
A programmers blog without syntax highlighting?
No, that's not possible!

Today I took the plunge and switched from Wordpress to Croogo.
I am a beginning CakePHP 'baker' myself, so what could be more befitting than a CakePHP powered CMS?
